We can provide all of the following upon request:

• Copies of Insurance
• Licenses
• Work Method Statements
• Hazardous Substance Reports

For Private jobs (non-commercial), we usually have a two week lead time from when you accept the quote, to when we start the job. We request that you confirm your quote in writing via email and then we will schedule your start date.

No – most of the time a deposit is not required before starting the job. However, for large scale projects a deposit may be required on or before the start date of the job.

Payment is due on completion of the work. An invoice will be raised and sent to you via email with Direct Deposit payment details. We do not accept Eftpos, Visa or Mastercard payments at this time.

Our written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date they are supplied to you.
